Lucas Kiff
Vineyard Manager & Founder
A Healdsburg native and proud alumnus of CSU Chico with a degree in agriculture business with a focus in sustainability, Lucas brings a lifelong passion for the land, and more than a decade of experience managing and working with some of the most esteemed vineyards throughout the Sonoma Coast and Central Coast of Paso Robles, including studying under one of the most recent influential winemakers in California, Daniel Daou, learning the classic Paso Robles profile consumers have grown to love. He has also studied wine internationally in Spain and draws on his worldwide experience in New Zealand.

Emily Kiff
Operations & Innovation
A Central Coast Native, Emily is a Primary Care Pediatric Nurse Practitioner, board-certified by the Pediatric Nursing Certification Board. She completed her undergraduate degree in Psychology with a minor in Applied Developmental Psychology from UCLA, and received her Master of Science in Nursing from Vanderbilt University. Her passion for the wine industry started from enjoying wine tasting and trips to the vineyard with her husband Lucas. Emily helps run daily business operations, offering a much-needed perspective as someone who hasn't grown up in the industry and helping innovate practices through her own lens.

Wilson Kiff
Fruit Quality & Vineyard Consultant
Wilson, having grown up in Healdsburg and then obtaining his degree in winemaking at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, draws on his experience working under some of the world's most respected winemakers, including the esteemed Jesse Katz of Aperture Cellars in Healdsburg, The Napa Valley Reserve in Napa, Zenada Winery in Argentina, Zuccardi Winery in Australia, and Booker Winery in Paso Robles — bringing both a global perspective and local wisdom to the way our vines are tended to create world-class fruit for premium wine programs.
